(Dan Tri) – Russian officials, including Vice Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, all share the same opinion about the best tanks in the world.

`We have tanks that have proven excellent in special military operations. These are the T-90M Proryv tank, which the President (Vladimir Putin) recently called the best tank in the world. I am completely satisfied.
Mr. Medvedev added that all his conversations with people involved in special military operations, both at military bases and on the front lines, proved that this is the best tank.
`Combat commanders returned from the front lines and ordered equipment, they asked for help to get the T-90M. This is a very good weapon,` the former Russian president added.
Explaining Russia’s failure to use the latest equipment, such as the T-14 Armata tank, Mr. Medvedev noted that `Armata is a new tank, it has not fully passed all tests.`
`A parade is a parade, and a war is a war. These are completely different things,` Mr. Medvedev said.
Previously, during his visit to the Uralvagonzavod military factory, President Putin also praised the T-90 Proryv tank and called on engineers and workers to continue building new and more upgraded versions of the tank for the military.
`The T-90 is the best tank in the world without exaggeration. Our tankers and our opponents both recognize it as the best tank in the world,` Mr. Putin commented.
Russia has brought to the Ukrainian battlefield T-90M Proryv tanks.
Proryv is equipped with a new aiming system that allows the weapon to be used at any time of the day.
The T-90M significantly outperforms its predecessor, the T-90, thanks to its combat effectiveness while retaining the advantages of the previous model.
The T-90M is also equipped with the Shtora-M defense system, helping to effectively protect against opponents’ guided anti-tank missiles, in a context where Western anti-tank missiles are causing many challenges.
The T-90M also carries an effective weapon and fire control system that helps shoot farther and more accurately at targets.
This is one of the most modern weapons Russia brought to the battlefield in Ukraine, which can be compared to Western tanks such as the M1 Abrams, Challenger-2 or Leopard-2.
The T-90 is expected to create a turning point on the Ukrainian battlefield with its modern weapons and equipment.
According to some experts, many fights in Ukraine to date have taken place in urban areas, so the T-90 has not been able to maximize its weapon’s advantages of mobility and long-range attack.
In Ukraine, the T-90 faces challenges ranging from urban combat environments to new weapon lines, such as suicide unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
